Virtualized Cyberspace – Comparing Including Space Scene Graphics (SSG) to “Raw” Scenes without SSG

In this short two minute animated GIF we quickly put together for Katherine Lindemann (ResearchGate) we briefly compare virtualized cyberspace scenes with space scene graphics (a spaceship, nebula and deep space background stars) and without space scene graphics.

From a user perspective, analysis of cybersecurity patterns and anomalies seems easier without the SSGs, but it is more fun to fly around cyberspace in our trusty spacecraft, LOL. Time to get serious and back to work on multisensor data fusion, feature extraction, object enhancement, and situational refinement, but it was fun taking a break for a few days & evaluating some basic SSGs!
